SOCI 2301 - Marriage and Family

3 Credits (3 hrs. lec.) This course has been developed to examine two phases of marriage and the family experience. First, it examines the structure of family life and the variance of this structure in different cultures and subcultures. Second, this course examines some of the problems and possible solutions that have developed in courtship, marriage and parenthood in a society undergoing rapid social change.
