ITCC 2374 - CCNP-Voice TVoice

3 Credits (2 hrs. lec., 4 hrs. lab.) This course is to provide knowledge and skills required to troubleshoot a voice enabled network with Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity and Cisco Unified Presence. This course will cover Voice application integration and problem resolution. Prerequisite: Instructor approval required, An active Cisco Certified Network Associate-Voice (CCNA-Voice) industry certificate or ITCC 2459.
