ITCC 2375 - CCNA Collaboration I

3 Credits (2 hrs. lec., 2 hrs. lab) This course covers Cisco Unified Communications (UC) solutions. Students will learn administrator and end-user interfaces, telephony and mobility features, and Cisco UC solutions maintenance. Prerequisite: ITCC 1376 or departmental approval or Cisco CCENT or higher industry certification.
