LGLA 1323 - Employment Law


3 Credits (3 hrs. lec.) Presents the fundamental concepts of employment law, including employment contracts, at-will employment, governmental regulations, and discrimination issues, emphasizing the paralegal’s role in employment law. Prerequisite: College Level Readiness in Reading AND Writing
