1 Credits (3 hrs. lab.) A study of the synthesis of singing and acting through the performance of opera. Students may repeat for four hours of credit. (5009085226) Prerequisite: Audition and departmental approval
Course Outcomes
1. Research and prepare an opera character.
2. Demonstrate accurate musical preparation for a role.
3. Apply elements of stagecraft and movement to a performance.
4. Perform with peers in an opera scene.
