BMGT 1301 - Supervision Credit Hours: 3 Contact Hours - Lecture: 3 The role of the supervisor. Includes managerial functions as applied to leadership, counseling, motivation, and human relations skills. Prerequisite: College Level Readiness in Reading AND Writing Student Learning Outcomes 1 - Explain the role, characteristics, and skills of a supervisor.
2 - Identify the principles of management at the supervisory level.
3 - Explain the human relations skills necessary for supervision.
