This course covers Cisco Unified Communications (UC) solutions. Students will learn administrator and end-user interfaces, telephony and mobility features, and Cisco UC solutions maintenance.
Prerequisite: ITCC 1340 or departmental approval or Cisco CCENT or higher industry certification
