ITCC 1371 - CCNA Data Center I Credit Hours: 3 Contact Hours - Lecture: 2 Lab: 4 This course covers student’s knowledge of networking concepts for the Data Center environment based on Nexus-OS. Student’s will learn fundamental information on how to configure virtualization in the network, addressing schemes, and troubleshooting and configuration skills. Prerequisite: ITCC 1376 or Cisco CCENT or higher industry certification Student Learning Outcomes 1 - Describe how a network works.
2 - Configure, verify and troubleshoot a switch with VLANs and interswitch communications using Nexus.
3 - Implement an IP addressing scheme and IP services to meet network requirements.
4 - Configure, verify and troubleshoot basic router operation and routing on Cisco devices using Nexus.
