AVIM 2371 - Aviation Communication

3 Credits (3 hrs. lec.) Basic theory and processes of communication skills necessary for management in an aviation environment. Explores the nature of communication including interpersonal communication. Emphasis on skills in building trust, listening, appropriate response styles, and giving feedback.
