CETT 1329 - Solid State Devices

3 Credits (2 hrs. lec., 4 hrs. lab.) A study of diodes, transistor characteristics and other semiconductor devices, including analysis of static and dynamic characteristics, biasing techniques, and thermal considerations. The course will also cover industrial applications such as instrumentation. Prerequisite: College Level Readiness in Reading AND Writing; CETT 1409; MATH 0306.
