HUMD 0114 - Career Search Strategies

1 Credits (1 hr. lec.) This course focuses on strategies that students need to develop realistic career goals. Topics emphasized include decision making and critical thinking, assessment for greater self-awareness, and research techniques for gathering occupational information. Upon successful course completion, students will be able to understand the career decision making process, identify/confirm career related abilities, interests, and values, apply various career investigation skills, and analyze viability of careers of interest.
