PTRT 2331 - Well Completions

3 Credits (3 hrs. lec.) Drilling and wellbore analysis data to develop a well completion plan. A study of practices and procedures that are involved in drilling operations and evaluate the effects of production operations choosing the tools and procedures for completing a drilled well-bore. Topics on rig equipment, casing design, fishing, and proper procedures to successfully drill a well are implemented; instruction in volume calculations, hydrostatic pressures, formations pressures, and analyzing problems in down-hole drilling operations.
