ITCC 2371 - CCNP-Voice CVoice

3 Credits (2 hrs. lec., 4 hrs. lab.) This course provides the knowledge and skills required to design, configure and maintain a Voice over IP network that utilizes Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Call Manager Express and Cisco Unity voice systems. Prerequisite: An active Cisco Certified Network Associate-Voice (CCNA_Voice) industry certificate or ITCC 2459.
