ITCC 2372 - CCNP-Voice CIPT1

3 Credits (2 hrs. lec., 4 hrs. lab.) This course will provide the knowledge and skills required to design, configure and maintain a Voice over IP network that utilizes Cisco Call Manager in a clustered and non-clustered environment. Prerequisite: Instructor approval required, An active Cisco Certified Network Associate-Voice (CCNA-Voice) industry certificate or ITCC 2459.
