FCEL 2330 - Fuel Cell Installation, Start-Up, and Maintenance

3 Credits (2 hrs. lec., 2 hrs. lab.) Fuel cell system pre-start check, functional test, customer acceptance test, start-up procedures, and shut-down procedures. Prerequisite: College Level Readiness in Reading AND Writing; MATH 0308, FCEL 1302 with a minimum grade of C.
Course Outcomes
1 - Demonstrate use of specialized tools, test equipment, and safety equipment.
2 - Maintain site logs and use technical manuals.
3 - Perform pre-start check, start-up, and shutdown procedures.
4 - Perform a functional test.
5 - Perform safety troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
