IMED 2309 - Internet Commerce 3 Credits (2 hrs. lec., 4 hrs. lab.) An overview of the Internet as a marketing and sales tool with emphasis on developing a prototype for electronic commerce. Prerequisite: College Level Readiness in Reading AND Writing, IMED 1316 Course Outcomes 1 - Perform audience analysis.
2 - State marketing objectives.
3 - Evaluate strategies for secure data transfer.
4 - Design a web project to use real-time processing capabilities intended to interact with a database.
