PHED 1113 - Jogging I


1 Credits (3 hrs. lab.) Jogging I is a cardiorespiratory fitness course which includes instruction and practice in jogging technique and program setup. Flexibility and strength exercises are included with an introduction to wellness concepts including nutrition, disease prevention, weight control and other aspects of a healthy lifestyle.
