PHED 1116 - Aqua Aerobics I 1 Credits (3 hrs. lab.) Aqua Aerobics I is an introductory course designed to improve cardiorespiratory endurance through a variety of exercises in a pool environment. Flexibility, body composition, basic nutrition, and weight control concepts are addressed. (3601085123) Prerequisite: None Course Outcomes 1 - Explain the concepts of cardiorespiratory fitness.
