Presents the fundamental concepts of employment law, including employment contracts, at-will employment, governmental regulations, and discrimination issues, emphasizing the paralegal’s role in employment law. Prerequisite: College Level Readiness in Reading AND Writing Course Outcomes 1 - Use terminology relating to employment law.
