LGLA 1341 - Administrative Law 3 Credits (3 hrs. lec.) An introduction to fundamental concepts of administrative law and procedure including creation of governmental agencies, operation, rulemaking, and adjudication and emphasizes the paralegal’s role in the administrative process. Prerequisite: College Level Readiness in Reading AND Writing Course Outcomes 1 - Use terminology relating to administrative law.
2 - Analyze sources relating to administrative law.
3 - Draft documents used in administrative law.
