LGLA 1349 - Constitutional Law 3 Credits (3 hrs. lec.) An overview of the United States Constitution and its articles, amendments, and judicial interpretations. Includes separation of powers, checks and balances, governmental structures and process, and individual rights in relation to government. Prerequisite: College Level Readiness in Reading AND Writing Course Outcomes 1 - Use terminology relating to constitutional law.
2 - Analyze sources relating to constitutional law.
3 - Identify the ethical considerations of the paralegal.
