MRKG 2333 - Principles of Selling 3 Credits (3 hrs. lec.) Overview of the selling process. Identification of the elements of the communication process between buyers and sellers. Examination of the legal and ethical issues of organizations which affect salespeople. Prerequisite: None Course Outcomes 1 - Define the selling process and its application to all forms of sales.
2 - Identify the elements of the communication process between buyers and sellers in business.
3 - Examine ethical issues and legal restrictions of business.
4 - Become knowledgeable about retail and suggestive selling processes.
5 - Review the basics of sales and customer service skills using technology (telephone, internet).
