MSCI 1272 - Introduction to Tactical Leadership 2 Credits (1 hr. lec., 2 hrs. lab.) Overview of leadership fundamentals such as setting direction, problem-solving, listening, presenting briefs, providing feedback, and using effective writing skills. Cadets explore dimensions of leadership values, attributes, skills, and actions in the context of practical, hands-on, and interactive exercises. Prerequisite: None Course Outcomes 1 - Distinguish between leadership values, attributes, skills, and actions.
