RSPT 2210 - Cardiopulmonary Disease 2 Credits (1 hr. lec., 4 hrs. lab.) Etiology, pathogenesis, pathology, diagnosis, history, prognosis, manifestations, treatment, and detection of cardiopulmonary diseases. This course may be offered only by a college with a program approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP), Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care Education (CoARC) or successor organizations. Prerequisite: RSPT 2414 , RSPT 1167 , RSPT 2325 Corequisite: RSPT 2166 , RSPT 2353 Course Outcomes 1 - Analyze the etiology, pathophysiology clinical manifestations, and management of cardiopulmonary disorders.
2 - Compare cardiopulmonary disorders.
