CNBT 2344 - Construction Management II

3 Credits (3 hrs. lec.) A management course in contract documents, safety, planning, scheduling, production control, law and labor issues. Topics include contracts, planning, cost and production peripheral documents, and cost and work analysis. Prerequisite: None

1 - Develop skills in construction contract documents, planning and scheduling, and cost and production controls.
2 - Explain the legal implication related to construction projects.
3 - Plan, schedule and document a construction project including the use of sustainable rating systems.
