HIST 1302 - United States History Since 1877 Credit Hours: 3 Contact Hours - Lecture: 3 A survey of U.S. history from 1877 to the present. Topics will include western expansion, industrialization, immigration, imperialism, economic, political and social developments, the wars of the 20th century and the changing status and conditions of women and minorities. Another purpose of this course is to introduce students to the skills and practices of history.
