LGLA 2305 - Interviewing and Investigating Credit Hours: 3 Contact Hours - Lecture: 3 A study of techniques used to locate, gather, document, and manage information with emphasis on developing interview and investigative skills and the paralegal’s role in interviewing and investigating legal matters. Prerequisite: LGLA 1307 ; College Level Readiness in Reading AND Writing Student Learning Outcomes 1 - Employ interviewing techniques with clients and witnesses in legal settings.
2 - Use investigative methods.
3 - Analyze the ethical considerations of the paralegal in interviewing and investigating.
