RNSG 2331 - Advanced Concepts of Adult Health Credit Hours: 3 Contact Hours - Lecture: 3 Application of advanced concepts and skills for the development of the professional nurse’s roles in caring for adult patients and families. Emphasis on advanced knowledge, judgment, skills, and professional values within a legal/ethical framework. This course lends itself to a blocked approach. Prerequisite: RNSG 2161 , RNSG 2162 Student Learning Outcomes 1 - Prioritize the roles of the professional nurse in the provision of care for adult patients and families.
2 - Develop a plan of care.
3 - Evaluate care for adult patients and families with advanced health care needs.
