A hands-on course with computer applications providing additional conceptual understanding of geographic information systems and practical applications using a variety of Geographic Information System software.
Prerequisite: SRVY 1319
Student Learning Outcomes
1. Develop and key in a data base of information for use in a mapping project.
2. Evaluate and record information that will appear on different mapping layers.
3. Reconcile records and develop maps for specific purposes from data bases.
