By completing the program, students will earn as many as three awards:
- Nursing Assistant, Level 1 Certificate
- Vocational Nursing (ADN MEEP), Level 2 Certificate
- Nursing - Integrated Curriculum AAS
Nursing Assistant, Level 1 Certificate (Integrated Curriculum)
[C1_ANA1 offered at LSC-Kingwood, LSC-Montgomery, LSC-North Harris and LSC-Tomball]
Prerequisite: Must be enrolled in ADN program. Students apply for a CNA certificate after completing the first year of the ADN program.

Vocational Nursing (ADN MEEP), Level 2 Certificate
[C2_AVN2 certificate offered at LSC-North Harris]
Must be enrolled in ADN Program. This optional program offers the opportunity for ADN students who completed their first year of the ADN program to be eligible to obtain a vocational nurse license through the MEEP (Multiple Entry Exit Portals) program.
Prerequisite: Competion of Nursing Assistant, Level 1 Certificate
Total Credit Hours Required for Certificate: 44

Nursing Specialization (Integrated Curriculum), AAS

This program is designed for students interested in becoming a registered nurse (RN). The curriculum is organized around a series of concepts organized from simple to complex.
Prerequisite: Completion of Nursing Assistant, Level 1 Certificate
If the optional Vocational Nursing (ADN MEEP), Level 2 Certificate is completed, the overlap of courses in that certificate curriculum should not be repeated for the AAS.
